Horse Coaching as approach to enhancing well-being and leadership

Adventure World, tucked away in the scenic city of Wakayama-Shirahama – a hotspot for ‘workations,’ is crafting a transformative experience aiming to cultivate the leaders of tomorrow. Through communication with horses, participants are guided in the exploration of their personal life and work ethos, simultaneously enhancing their ability to appreciate diversity and solve problems. The goal is to shape individuals who can usher in change within their communities. Adventure World has scheduled preliminary runs of the program for June 7-8 and July 5-6.

Horse Coaching’s vision aligns seamlessly with the sustainable and inclusive ideals put forth by the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It pursues a circular society marked by diverse and sustainable life forms, striving to create an abundant society filled with smiles. The Horse Coaching Program, borne out of this aspiration, presents a unique opportunity for participants to experience joy, with animals serving as partners in this pursuit.

Horse Coaching is a novel coaching methodology that incorporates horses into the learning process. Horses, known for their sensitivity and keen ability to mirror subtle emotional changes in humans, are the linchpin of the program. By utilizing these innate equine characteristics, the program aims to foster emotional intelligence in participants, equipping them with essential leadership skills.
