To address this challenge, Wappin Guild focuses on the “idea conception stage,” where failures are still acceptable before products or brands go public. By doing so, the platform aims to create groundbreaking innovations by exploring numerous possibilities.

With a goal to prevent unintended loss of corporate value and support the growth of exceptional services and projects, Wappin Guild has launched this idea exchange platform with three main features:

• Patent applications are possible due to maintained novelty. The Idea Exchange design allows for the creation of private idea sections, preventing the “loss of novelty” as specified in Article 29 of the Patent Law. This enables users to apply for and obtain patents. Plans are in place to obtain an Ethereum license for idea NFTs within the year.

• Enhanced functionality coming soon. The current version only supports buying, selling, and transferring rights of ideas. However, within the month, a feature will be implemented that allows users to request the “realization” of ideas. Users can easily request this feature with just a few clicks of Idea Exchange+.

In a recent collaboration, Wappin Guild and Sakasama Fudosan jointly developed a virtual branch office to explore new possibilities in the realm of virtual real estate. The performance evaluation test of the virtual branch office, held last month, was a great success, thanks to the synergy and humor between the two companies.

Sakasama Fudosan caters primarily to clients in their 20s to 40s, many of whom are creatively inclined and interested in dual living arrangements, relocation, or realizing their dreams in a vacant house. Through avatars, chat, cameras, and videos, participants could experience one another’s “thoughts,” filling the space with laughter and creativity.

The first public release of the “Sakasama Fudosan Promotion Film” showcased the smooth quality of both video and audio, even on a web browser.
