PLASTICITY has launched their latest series “Frame Shoulder Bag,” born out of discarded vinyl umbrellas.

As urban landscapes across the globe become inundated with discarded vinyl umbrellas – notoriously difficult to recycle – PLASTICITY has embarked on a mission to transform these leftovers into functional fashion. The Frame Shoulder Bag is the latest effort to tackle the waste issue.
Crafted entirely from PLASTICITY’s unique material, GLASS RAIN, which originates from these disregarded umbrellas, the shoulder bag strikes an elegant balance between function and style. Its lightweight and compact design make it ideal for daily use, easily transitioning from a handbag to a crossbody bag. It stands out for its accentuated frame, formed from overlapping GLASS RAIN pieces, that captures the unique patterns intrinsic to upcycled materials.
The bag is available in two color options: a clear variant made entirely from the vinyl umbrella material, and a layered grey version, both primed to add a touch of sophistication to any ensemble. Perfect for the upcoming hot seasons, the products provide a fun and fashionable way to enjoy a sense of transparency.
More than a fashion statement, each product is a meticulously crafted piece by local artisans. PLASTICITY hopes their unique products inspire action that transcends into more sustainable habits.
