GOOD NATURE OPEN FES event for Kyoto eco-drinking this July

Bios Style Inc.’s multipurpose commercial facility, GOOD NATURE STATION, is curating a unique experience for the Kyoto residents. This experience, called “GOOD NATURE OPEN FES,” aims to create a harmonious symphony of food and drink in a mindful and eco-friendly manner until August 31st.

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Kyoto on Kawaramachi Street, one of the city’s major arteries, the event finds its home in the MAENIWA plaza, a spacious area on the first floor of the facility. The setup will have an expansive outdoor area with a roof, designed specifically to promote airy, uncrowded gatherings in today’s increasingly cautious world.

The event, which will commence on July 23rd, presents a refreshing roster of Kyoto’s local craft beer breweries that make their appearances on a rotating weekly basis. The highlight of this alcoholic jamboree is the ‘Tap Marché’ craft beer, available from August 14th to 16th. But the delights are not just liquid; a variety of food stalls also rotate every week, offering everything from the smokey delicacies of a smoke specialty shop to the piquant joys of spice curry.

Tthe festival will play host to several popular bars and eateries from Kyoto, setting up satellite shops for patrons to effortlessly indulge in a range of authentic tastes.

However, the true appeal of the event lies in its heartening commitment to sustainability. Not only are they serving food prepared with vegetables, quite literally picked from the ‘faces of the producer’ on sale at GOOD NATURE STATION, but they’re also pouring out lemon sours. These delightful drinks are made from original liqueur distilled from organically grown lemons, cultivated without pesticides in the suburbs of Kyoto. Add to that their implementation of reusable cups for serving beer, and you have a festival that raises a toast to our planet’s wellbeing.
