Travel lifestyle brand “Aww” has released a Boston bag and a stand pouch made from recycled Japanese fishing nets. The new collection uses recycled nylon material derived from discarded nets collected within Japan.

The items incorporates recycled nylon, a material known for being lightweight and resilient. The Weekend Boston Bag is designed for both short trips and daily use, and includes a dedicated pocket for a 16-inch laptop and various internal compartments to assist with organisation during business trips or workations.
The accompanying stand pouch is designed to hold skincare products and bottles in an upright position. This vertical storage allows for easy access and visibility of contents. The pouch includes multiple internal pockets for smaller items such as brushes. A separate strap is also available for users to attach to use the pouch as a small shoulder bag for daily outings.

A portion of the proceeds from this collection will be donated to the Seaweed Bed Restoration Project. This project is managed by Alliance for the Blue, an organisation dedicated to balancing marine conservation with economic activity. The funds will support efforts to combat rocky desertification, a phenomenon known in Japan as iso-yake.
