THE THOUSAND KYOTO hotel boosts sustainability with plastic-free amenities

THE THOUSAND KYOTO hotel is making a shift coming this April to respond to the growing awareness of SDGs and the global plastic problems.

From April, they will change all amenities away from plastics, introducing amenities like bamboo toothbrushes, wooden brushes and wooden shavers. The hotel will also explore an urban beekeeping project to support the circulation of ecosystems. THE THOUSAND KYOTO looks out for their staff, too, through the Kurumin Certificate of supporting staff who have children and the Diversity Management Selection 100 for improving work relationships with people with disabilities.
