Takenaka Corporation releases Circular Design Build Concept Book

Takenaka Corporation released its Circular Design Build Concept Book last month, a publication outlining the company’s Circular Design-Build methodology, which incorporates reused and recycled materials at the design and construction stages and includes design techniques that enable future building disassembly.

The book summarises the approach and presents implementation examples. It has been published in both Japanese and English to promote broader understanding and collaboration across the construction value chain.
