Zenbird Editorial TeamWeb magazine IDEAS FOR GOOD has joined forces with Mori Building Co., Ltd. to launch a special exhibition titled “The Truth About Sustainability” at the Glass Rock Gallery. The event, held within the newly developed Glass Rock space in Toranomon Hills, runs from 9 April to 30 June 2025.
The exhibition examines the often-overlooked realities behind sustainability efforts. It draws on candid insights from corporate sustainability officers who are grappling with rising costs and increasing workloads, as well as the personal challenges faced by individuals striving to live sustainably. Alongside these perspectives, IDEAS FOR GOOD highlights practical examples of corporate initiatives aimed at addressing social issues and offers ideas for individual actions that contribute to a better society.
Visitors are encouraged to get involved too. They are invited to cast votes on social good actions they consider meaningful and can spark “small steps for tomorrow.” Examples include a pub where customers set the price of their drinks, along with various ethical living tips. Voting results are displayed in real time, and an online platform dedicated to IDEAS FOR GOOD allows remote participation.
Glass Rock officially opened yesterday on 9 April 2025, and serves as a hub for cross-sector collaboration. Designed to address complex challenges such as climate change, poverty, inequality and gender equity, the venue brings together corporations, government agencies, NGOs and individuals to forge collaborative solutions.
The Glass Rock Gallery is a key communication platform that fosters understanding for societal challenges, and IDEAS FOR GOOD seeks to inspire visitors with actionable ideas and to create space for honest conversations about the struggles and opportunities in the sustainability space.
