CIRTY CAFE sits inside TENOHA Daikanyama, a sustainable space designed to make circular living complement everyday life. The cafe’s concept includes rooftop herbs, seasonal produce, and a deliberate effort to reduce waste through how it cooks and sources its ingredients. Food-wise, the cafe serves dishes and drinks that utilize what the building can grow and recover, highlighting cold-pressed juices and food that makes the most of seasonal fruits and vegetables. The establishment has also trialed composting kitchen scraps and using “imperfect” produce for items such as gelato.

CIRTY CAFE’s atmosphere reflects Daikanyama’s calm and curated energy. The place is open and airy, with plants and the warmth of wood. Knowing that it is also a community hub makes it feel good to be here.
