A new sustainable hair care product joins the line of sustainable beauty products, a new unisex hair care line under the brand REAtoA. The series focuses on plant-based formulas designed to provide aging care while maintaining a natural feel for both the user and the environment.
The brand operates under a self-imposed standard called the Earth Compassion Initiative. This framework ensures that all manufacturing processes prioritise harmony between humans, animals, and the planet. In accordance with animal welfare principles, the company does not conduct animal testing at any stage of development or distribution.

A primary component of the hair care line is natural mineral water sourced from 100 metres underground in Azumino, Nagano Prefecture. This water, filtered through layers of the Northern Alps over many years, is rich in minerals. Additionally, the brand utilises palm oil certified by the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO).
The formulas incorporate 11 types of plant-derived ingredients and Ectoin, a fermented amino acid derived from microorganisms that survive in extreme environments. Ectoin serves as a skin-conditioning agent that protects the scalp from external stressors such as dryness and dust. The plant-derived components, including camellia seed oil from Saga Prefecture and moringa oil, are selected to improve hair elasticity and shine while addressing signs of aging.
The products also feature sea salt derived from deep-sea water in Kochi Prefecture, intended to purify the scalp. The scent profile is a herbal citrus blend, combining essential oils such as rosemary, lemongrass, and frankincense.
