Cosmetics Event

Create your own cosmetics! Harch Inc. hosts a handmade cosmetics event with mayunoWa

On Saturday, May 11, Harch Inc., which operates Zenbird Media, will host an event in collaboration with mayunoWa, a cosmetics company, in Yokohama. This will be the first event held jointly by the two B Corps™.

Its theme is “Skin Care and Circulation.”

MayunoWa produces “Colorer,” a color cosmetic made from silk. It is designed not only for people with allergies and sensitive skin but also for those who want to enjoy makeup without the risk of transdermal absorption and allergic reactions. It can be used on any part of the face.
*As of April 2024, “Colorer” is produced once a year and sold only at salons that carry mayunoWa products.

In the first half of the event, a workshop will be held where participants can create original colors for “Colorer.” You can choose the color that suits you and make your own cosmetics.

In the second half of the event, a talk session will focus on “What is better shopping?,” discussing ideas that will help consumers make informed choices. Let’s consider products not only from the consumer’s perspective but also from that of a company providing goods and services. We will also explore topics such as “What is the B Corporation certification system that the two companies hosting the event have acquired?” and “How does the B Corporation’s commitment to ‘public interest with consideration for society and the environment’ relate to our lives?”

The mineral cosmetics made in the workshop are also recommended as gifts for Mother’s Day. All ages and genders are welcome. English assistance is also available, so feel free to participate.
